Intermediate Structural Technician
We're looking for an Intermediate Structural Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the successful execution of engineering projects.
- Perform design and drafting for buildings with steel frames, reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, and timber frames.
- Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) workstations for design and drafting.
- Develop and prepare sketches; design construction details.
- Ensure drawings comply with specifications and other project data.
- Conduct information research, verify consistency of project documents, communicate regularly with professionals (architects, engineers, etc.) and other resources (clients, subcontractors, etc.) involved in projects, and make decisions as required.
- Participate in project kickoff and coordination meetings with clients and involved professionals.
- Perform site surveys.
Act as a resource person within the engineering department for other drafters.

Structural Engineer (Quebec) - Requirements
- We are seeking a Structural Engineer with the following qualifications:
- DEC in Architecture (Diplôme d'études collégiales in Architecture).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD (required), Revit (an asset).
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Holds a general health and safety card for construction sites issued by ASP Construction.
- Knowledge of Construction Codes/National Building Code of Canada (NBC).
- Knowledge and experience in construction (an asset).
- Excellent command of both French and English (spoken and written).
- Available for occasional travel outside of Montreal for work and/or training.
- You are resourceful, responsible, and organized.
- You are able to integrate into a well-established team.
